Becoming involved in athletics from and early I ran for England in the early 90s and placed 64th in the World Junior cross country championships. Having won a running athletic scholarship, having been recruited by Head coach Bill Bergan I returned to England in 1992 where I placed 8th in the AAA 3000m / Barcelona Olympic Trials.I placed 18th in the UK Cross Country Champs in 1994.
I have continued to compete but began coaching in 2008.Athletes I have coached include Dom Brown who placed 4th in the Englaish Schools 1500m and 2nd the Kent Championships in 2011.
Moving into Personal training as well as Run coaching in 2012 I now have One to One clients made up of runners and people looking to improve their fitness. I also run a circuits class on Tuesday eveings and Saturday mornings and a Run group Wednesdays and Sunday mornings.
