Intermediate Runners Group

On 8.30am Saturday mornings the Run4fit racers meet to get some training in.We range from Sub 40 min 10k runners to Ultra runners.Sometimes we just go for a run but most weekends we get down to some intervals,hill runs or tempo runs.

Usually off road we meet in all weathers and by 9.30am we are done, tired but with a good workout behind us.We are a friendly bunch and always looking for new recruits to join our group.
