The service and pricing

The first task is to have a discussion about what level of fitness you are at at the moment so the training I set is at the right level. I will also have a look at your running to analyse your gait and running action to identify any issues to resolve.

Advice will be given on diet and nutrition as well as warm up exercises and mental preparation.

We will also look at your goals and set some time or performance you are looking to achieve short term ie 12 weeks and longer term ie 26 weeks. As well as these major goals I will also look at training and performance goals along the way.

Communication

We can agree to communicate and provide feedback anyway that suits you either by email, phone. There is no limit to the volume of communication and as well as ongoing communication there will be more in depth reviews at set periods (normally 3 to 6 months) along the way.

 

Prices are as follows:

One to One

Monthly Structured training programme (Including regular feedback and communication) £30 per month

Personal one to one coaching session £25

Group

First session free (£5 per session – £50 for 10 weeks)

    I am looing for, initially, 5 1to1 sessions with a running coach. I am a beginner runner and can run slowly for about 20mins at the moment but am looking to run 10k and would like someone to help me achieve this. I live in Beckenham and would like these sessions on a Saturday morning. Is it something you could help me with and what would the cost be?

      Unfortunately I am fully booked Saturdays apart from 9.30 till 10.15 Sat morn and I would have to meet in Sevenoaks I do have some weekday/eve free.

      If you came to Sevenoaks I would charge £25 for a 45 min session.
      I also do a group beginners class on Wed Eve at 7.30pm, again in Sevenoaks.

      I would also be willing to write you a program to follow

  2. Hi darrell. I’m interested in a one to one session. I have a 10k race next month and march and wish to cross the line in under 40 mins. My pb is 44 mins a few yrs back lol. But now about 50mins I’m available any day apart from Thursday. Between 9.30 am to 2pm during the week and any time weekend. Be great to here from you. Kind regards deano
