Some people prefer to workout with others. If you know others are turning up on a wet a windy Tuesday then that motivates you to do the same.
On a Tuesday evening (8.15pm Vine Methodist Hall Sevenaoks) I do a Group Circuits class and on Tues and Wednesday evenings (7.30pm on the Vine) I work with people looking to be able to run continuously for 30 minutes.
On Saturday mornings at 8.30am I do a Intermediate runners group looking to improve there race times.
We met locally in Sevenoaks in the surrounding area and we do intervals,hill workouts,tempo runs and repetitions designed compliment the running members of the group do for the rest of the week. I also provide the group with individualised training programs.
